Memitran is an application designed to facilitate and support the regional cooperation process within government institutions, specifically the Government of Gunung Kidul Regency.

This application functions as an administrative support system that accommodates all stages of regional cooperation, starting from planning, proposal submission, verification, agreement signing, to monitoring and evaluation of cooperation implementation.
